About the Role: We are looking for a talented data analyst to join our growing data team. In this role, you will be responsible for diving deep into our data to help identify key trends and drivers of our business. You will perform ad hoc analysis as well as build recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards. You will also help create forecasts to manage company supply / demand. Essential Job Functions:Analyze data to provide meaningful insights and interpret data to be able to assess business problemsPerform quantitative analyses across marketing areas of work to determine how to influence metrics towards achieving business outcomesGo deep in the data to, explore data sets to understand contents, components and how they can benefit your analysesEstablish and maintain clear, insightful reporting on the key performance metricsCommunicate insights clearly to team members in analytical dashboards, reports, and presentations Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related field Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance (or similar)2+ years of experience writing performant SQL queries on large data sets.Experience with BI tools is a must, looker is preferredFamiliarity with cloud-native databases, especially SnowflakeExpertise with SQL (and relational databases), G Suite, and data visualization tools such as Looker for data exploration and ad hoc analysisWell developed communication skills, ability to explain complex problems, and to share and visualize findings with stakeholders in product, growth, operations, finance, sales, and executive management teamsDemonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and juggle between multiple priorities, leading high-quality work and adhering to tight deadlinesNon-hierarchical, with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves, multitask and dive into detailsA lack of ego, driven by group outcome, not the individual outcomeCommitted to supporting a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment  Salary & Benefits:Market competitive compensation package, including stock optionsHealth Care, Vision, DentalPTO + paid holidays401K + Matching
